All beads used in the jewelry are water resistant but for your jewelry to last longer and prevent tarnish removal before showering, sunscreen, directly spraying perfumes, swimming or singing in the rain is definetly not recommended.

I will include a clear polythene bag with every purchase. Please retain the jewellery in these bags when not in use as they will help prevent tarnishing. It is also a good idea to wipe them a little after use and before putting them back in the bag if possible.

REGULAR AIR POST generally arrives within 10 to 20 days. I do offer express post or tracking. I would highly recommend tracking for a piece of mind. If you do not choose to track I will not be responsible for any lost items.

All international packages are marked as 'merchandise'. 

I will post to the address on your ETSY order unless told differently. It is the customer responsibility to keep the address updated.

All our jewellery items are provided free of defect and in perfect working order to be used for the purpose intended, but if there is anything wrong with your order please contact me and I'll be more then happy to exchange or refund your money EXCLUDING shipping costs.


I cannot accept returns of product over 7 days in your possession. All postage will be paid for by the customer.


IMPORTANT: In case of CUSTOM orders and EARRINGS please note that due to health and safety regulations earrings will not be exchanged or refunded.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1–3 days after receipt of payment.

1. STANDARD MAIL $5 - There will be no tracking number available and in case of loss I will not be held responsible for the item as once I post, I will have no way of tracking it.

2. REGISTERED MAIL $8 - (takes approx 2 to 5 working days). A tracking number will be issued, for easy tracking through the Australia Post website. A signature is required on delivery for the item. If you are not home to sign, Australia Post will leave details for pickup of your order from their nearest office.

3. EXPRESS POST-$17 - (Next day delivery service). A tracking number will be provided. Please note, express post only means delivery time shortened, not processing time.

All my jewellery will come securely wrapped in a store logo card and polythene bag. I also include a very elegant and decorated burlap bag for all the jewellery to go in before posting, all ready for gift giving.

I will not be held responsible for any lost items in the mail. As once the item is posted I have absolutely no control over the parcels. It is in the hands of the postal services. Please consider choosing tracking at the checkout for peace of mind. That way you will be sure exactly where your parcel is. Cheers.
